About Us

As co-founders of Sister Space, we intend to provide a safe place, free of judgment and expectations to be with ourselves, to decide what our journey is, and to gather strength to embark on it together. As a healer, a mother, a sister, a daughter, and a woman; I surrender now. I do not have the energy to fight anymore and I recognize that the conflict I’ve had has been me rejecting the darker parts of myself. Like the Sumerian Goddess Inanna, sometimes known as Ishtar, I have journeyed to the Underworld to witness a death that I created and have gone to offer comfort to my other half, my primal self that hurt people out of the simple need to be loved. I take responsibility for my hurtful actions and embrace this neglected self, vowing to integrate and love her. I intend to help other women make the same pilgrimage to discover their inner strength and be their best selves. We all still have a long way to go, but at least together we can face our deepest fears and ascend knowing we are not alone.
